i hate how people are like "so boring" you guys, this was the FIRST ride they had. give them a break, it's an old classic fun ride for the younger kids now a days. they didnt have the things they have now to make tatsu back then so this was kickass before you were born lol. its a fun ride, not boring. its not as big or as fast as others but i still think its a blast specially at night =]

I love this ride. except at night. It was traumatizing being alone in the woods. lol @ the kids who think theyre cool cuz they fing this ride BORING.

Obviously this isn't in the same league as your modern day super coasters. Part of the experience, especially for parents is the nostalgia or reliving their childhood experiences. In 1971 when Magic Mountain opened, this was a fun ride, and it's still a fun ride. I'm 45 and have been going to SFMM since it opened. I still ride Goldrusher and hope they never decide to close it. It's history. It's nostalgic. It's has it's place in the evolution of the modern day coaster. Respect it as that

Being one of the first rides at Magic Mountain doesn't automatically make it boring, you retarded piece of crap! Also, this ride is nowhere near boring.
