It's so strange when ever I hear this song I think about a girl that died back in 1971. We were in the 8th grade and we heard that she died from a brain hemorrage. Her name was Amy Jones. Alot of the words actually make sense when I think about her. Yeah, I liked her.
Cool acoustic version! They came to my home town back in '03.Halfway through the show,Robin said,"You know we're used to getting the usual stuff in our dressing room...deli platter, cigarettes and so on.Well, we've never gotten something this strange".He then pulled out a HUGE bag of mini-boxes of cereal-enough for a small army! Then he said "Well, we can't possibly eat all this so ENJOY!" and during the next song tossed little cereal boxes in the crowd.Hilarious! I'll never forget.
Is that a legal thing when they interrupt the song with the station ID? Every song they did for this session has that. It reminds me of Rain Man . . . "97X the future of rock'n'roll-BANG!-97X the future of rock and roll-BANG!-97X the future of rock'n'roll . . . ." Stop it Raymond and just enjoy the cool tune!
Tom Petty would be so proud lol
