@metalhead15151 you don't know Parkway Drive at all. Winston and Ben were in a band together when they were younger with a guitarist that was always high, they didn't like it and ditched the band. Its Jeff's personality, if u look at all the interviews that have him in it he's always doing retarded shit. You can be be funny without doing drugs.
