My friend , training partner, and fellow personal trainer Jerry is curling a 115 lb. dumbbell in each hand! He first warms up with 70's and then goes for 115. He also shows his tremendous biceps measuring over 20"! Jerry also has a fan in my friend and fellow worker Stephanie........she is blowing a kiss to all her fans too.

  • @xxxhilariousxxx you must have failed physics

  • Are u guys fucking kidding me. You want perfect form? Well good luck b/c thats as perfect as it can get when curling 115 lb DB in each hand. I am EXTREMELY impressed with this guy. Keep training hard bro and dont listen to these fat out of shape idiots who try to think like they know everything about weightlifting

  • @ThAtBuLyKiD dude, some of you guys take this stuff wayyyy too serious, you act as if this 1 episode of him is his whole routine or life. All this "id rather have perfect form" speech. I get tired of gym rats/geeks with this talk. So what, he was just on screwin around, and umm swinging or not, that's 115 lbs, repeat, 115 lbs, ive seen guys swing more than him in the video curling 50, so what. big deal, just enjoy the video, he is not in a contest, he is not writing an essay on curl lifting.

  • @DaFoxx28 If you think I'm saying this and don't even lift weights you're wrong. I know I could never curl (legitimately) 115lbs, but neither could he. I'd rather curl 70's with perfect form than do what he did...I'd be more impressed if he curled the proper way and then leaned back a tiny bit at the top of the lift. But the fact that he is swinging the weight from entirely behind his back and using momentum to get it up is just a waste. Makes him look he has no idea what hes doing.

  • i can agree with you to a certain level. If your a bodybuilder. Like i said i'm not taking anything away from this guy he is a monster when it comes to curling, from a professional stand point this video is dumb he is a personal trainer, i think instead of trying to show of should be giving pointers

  • @fubu30086

dude i do 25 pound curls with perfect form, im not saying im the hulk.... i know im not as strong as most people, but when you have 115 pound dumbells, and your holding them simotaniously, that means 230 pounds are pulling down on you, you need to swing your back at least a little bit.

If you hold one ounce more than you weigh perfectly straight in front of you(180 degrees), you will fall over. wlcome to physics.

  • @xxxhilariousxxx well form does play a big part in muscle development espically when you are training someone to lift weights. Your a professional!, instead of trying to show off how much you can curl with one arm why don't you show how to curl without swaying your body to get the weight up and tell people how to lift properly to get arms like you have. Just a little constructive criticism take it how you want it. If you don't want people complaining about how you lift just disable all comments

  • fail

  • holy shit this guys massive swolle..... any of you saying this is pussy shit, lets see you "swing" even 50 lbs. you cant. This guy is a hous.

  • holyy mother of pearl lmao ur my inspiration now
