while flipping accidents look spectacular and horrifying, it is the more subtle head-on hits into the wall that really kill the drivers. For instance, look at Jimmy Horton, Dale Earnhardt and Neil Bonnetts(among others) crashes which look not so bad drivers sustained terrible head injuries.
