@jivesublime no they're white. the shadows from their helmets make their skin look darker. and they are all wearing gloves. the one officer that walks by who is wearing a hat is clearly white because there is no helmut to make a shadow

hey, there was sight gag played at the point where the soldiers were saluting Shultz as a General. If you look a the wrists and back of the head of the soldiers going by they are all Black men.

I love how when it comes down to it, Klink, Hogan, Schulz, and everyone seem to rely on each other and the "nationality" is completely dropped. In the end, a good example of friends amongst the enemy.
