BFG All Terrain Coates tire changing machine and balance how to.

I changed out some old tires today with the tire machines at work. This is a spare tire from the back of grandma's jeep. I changed it to a BFG All-terrain radial (also used) that matched in design and size. It is just the spare, but I balance it anyway!

my high school had both of those machines. what exactly was the point of the wheel holders facing the other way? like you can clamp the rim from the out side?

@98offroadFORDexpo you can clamp it from the inside on most, but there are certain rims that you'd clamp from the outside also--really deep dish rims, larger daimeters etc..

Yeah, but this is a spare, and with the condition of the rims as ols and rusty as they are I realized it wouldn't matter. Also, this tire is for myself--not a customer.
