Mandarin Orange Slice was the only flavor of Slice worth drinking.

Now Pepsi-Cola has that Manzanita Sol apple soda which is formerly Apple Slice or Aspen soda. Other then that I recently tried Fanta Apple soda from Coca-Cola. Outside any fruit sodas owned by either Pepsi or Coke, the only Apple soda I can think of outside them two big comapies is Sidral Mundet from that Mexican soda company, Jarritos. I think all soda companies should keep all Apple sodas going, just like Grape, Orange, Lemon-Lime, Cherry, or Strawberry. And not discontinue them.

@MMacG1167 You're right. Slice wasn't introduced until 1984 and Apple Slice not until 85. This ad is typical of the ads that became popular between 1986 and 1990. In fact i remember seeing this I believe around 1987.

This commercial looks later in the decade than 1980. Pepsi made Slice, and I don't think they started making Apple Slice until the mid-80s, after Aspen (Pepsi's previous Apple-flavored soda) had been discontinued.
