  • Actually the most a Beatles concert lasted was 35 mins.

  • I was there on 8/29/66.I just turned 18.The girls went crazy and started scream-

ing when the Beatles entered the park from the centerfield area, driven in in a

big silver-colored armored-truck.The girls never stopped screaming,so it made

it difficult to hear the music. The Beatles sounded much better on their records.

They played for only 33 minutes.Who would have known this was the LAST

concert they ever did together.I"m happy I made history with them. The stadi-

    ium was only 1/2 full.

  • @jrrcor the real paul mccartney died in november supposablynot in august

  • @ChimeraGilbert They were burned out; if you think about it they didn't really stop touring "early". Remember they were in constant demand to do television appearances and live performance gigs ever since their first number one hit "Please Please Me" back in 1963. Also they couldn't hear themselves in concert because of the screams and felt that their live performances were not up to the quality they wanted them to be.

  • what's the beatles without sound...

  • The Beatles flew in to SFO from LAX played the concert then immediately flew back to LAX and immediately flew back to London, there was no clue in the paper that this would the final concert.

  • Look closely at those Beatles getting off the plane, I think they must be doubles at this point. Notice how the Paul double covers his face alot with the camera. He is the one that permanently replaced Paul. Possibly these doubles were in place due to the death threats that The Beatles had received. The real Beatles, assuming it is the real Beatles that played the concert, must have arrived either in a different manner, a different plane, or snuck off of the plane with the luggage or some such.

  • @ChimeraGilbert The beatles were the biggest thing to hit the music scene ever, it had to come with its share of baggage.

  • @fairyfellermaster Well that's not good, it's a shame. I didn't think they had that many of those kind of issues.

  • @ChimeraGilbert They stopped for many reasons some of which: they felt they weren't playing well live, they were in fear of their lives because of death threats & people shooting at their planes, after the Jesus comment there was a backlash & they didn't wanna deal with it. On the plane back to england after their last concert in candlestick george harrison turned to the other three & said "that's it, I'm not a beatle anymore..."

  • @TCfoxs Calm down it's just a question. I was just wondering since they stopped so early and I wondered why.

  • @ChimeraGilbert *facepalm* Read about it! They were all tired of the Beatlemania. The crowd always gone crazy and screaming. Once a firecracker went exploding on the stage in Memphis. And the crowd always screamed lowder than The Beatles were singing.
