Ok Now witch this on how to re update your Steam with out haveing to re download it
1.Go to your Steam folder
2.find all of this Fire names They should be right in the Steam Folder when you open it
3. the fire names are:WriteMiniDump vstdlib_s.dll tier0_s.dll ThirdPartyLegalNotices SteamUI_710.mst SteamUI.dll steamclient.dll steam_install_agreement Steam_49.mst Steam.dll Steam Read me fire
4.now just chick The Steam icon that is in the Folder and it should start to update ang and then it should work :D
