you look so pretty in this! and i really like how you talk about what to perp yourself for, its totally true and we need to realize in advance how we might react so we dont freak out in the moment

This is great advice, I try to do the same thing with eating lighter meals. This time of year isn't really about food, it's more important to enjoy time with family and friends.
You are gorgeous by the way.
Have a great Christmas :) xo

Have a good time to Bea.
I guess you have to think that being able to call yourself stupid is something, yes it might not stop you doing things but its the right direction, right?
To answer 'todreamisagift' it is annoying how food is so central because if your life revolves around it and your trying to stop that then its hard.
If you think back a few hundred years (maybe the Tudors if your in the UK) celebrating feast days may have been the only time people were well fed (1/3+ starving)

You look very beautiful here today Bea :)) I have to be in agreement with everyone :) I think that what you offer is great advice for those who are still struggling with calorie counting and meal plans.

Being prepared is always the best way to manage all of this. That way you can enjoy the company, rather than freaking out about the food. I have to add... that the day does come when you don't count calories, when you eat whatever you want regardless of how much you may eat later. That freedom exists too :) Love Rache xxx
