Bendigo experimental Weather Modification sulpher stratosphere Victoria Global Warming Hypocrisy

The particle dispersal continues in Bendigo Victoria 27/05/09 Live footage showing persistent contrails being disbersed above the clouds filling the clouds with what appears to be the highly reflective substances mentioned in the following article i found online. This article was distributed through the mainstream media outlets. So is it sulpher dioxide, aluminium dioxide or a specifically designed aerosol ?

Wernt aerosols the very thing that the UN ratified against the use of...?

It appears as if they're trying to "bring-on' global warming, to drive the new energy revolution, which is an orwellian double speak when you consider they really want to put contaminates in the atmosphere, to cover-over the suns and its influence. This isnt a theory this is a documented factor of the US administration policy. The assumption that global warming is a reality is in the face of the 400 scientists that submitted their disagreements with global warming ideology before the UN

President Barack Obama is considering a radical plan to tackle global warming by firing pollution particles into the stratosphere to deflect some of the suns heat.
The controversial experiment was touted yesterday as a possible last resort to help cool the Earths air by the presidents new science advisor John Holdren. Its got to be looked at. We dont have the luxury of taking ANY approach off the table, said Mr Holdren, Director of the White House Office of Science and Technology. Holdren...outlined HIS idea of shooting either sulphur dioxide particles, aluminium oxide dust or specially designed aerosols into the stratosphere -It is hoped that this would cool the planet by artificially reflecting sunlight back into space before it can be absorbed.
Mr Holdren admitted the scheme could have grave side effects and would not completely solve all
the problems from soaring greenhouse gas emissions.
But he said he had raised the idea with the Obama administration and added:
'We might get desperate enough to want to use it.' Mr Holdren insisted that dramatic action is needed to halt climate change which he compared to being 'in a car with bad brakes driving towards a cliff in a fog'.

...logically, if global warming became intolerable (as pres. Obama suggests), rather than poisoning the atmosphere.

.....its most likely that deliberate and calculated global pollution in the atmophere will do it.

Brilliant Filming! Great evidence captured! I saw the same effects when out on my block in central victoria a week ago! Look at those colours in the clouds! Unbelieveable! Brilliant write up also on the Governmental drive to Manipulate our atmosphere by creating High Pressure Zones, neutralising clouds,thus effectively slowly or stopping rains from developing! They,the governments have created a Drip Water Tap System-Turn on,Turn off when ever its suits them! Just enough to sustain life! Sad!!!

Im not certain who exactly is responsible, though it is evident that the authorities have given authorisation for these craft to go about manipulating the enviroment and weather patterns. They cant be 'bogies' or our RAAF would shoot them down so the airforce and air controllers know who they are and are therefore complicit with this global project

So the goverment is responsible to DISCLOSE whats going on, otherwise what else are we to think than that its hidden for malevolent reasons?

@apopope72 You sure it's not just the jetfuel, or other liquids that may be part of the spray creating the rainbow effects?  I'm not sure that effect is from HAARP.
