Historian/author Adam Green, the son of Ernest Green, one of the Little Rock Nine, moderates the Town Hall meeting taped at The Henry Ford. Ambassador Andrew Young, Historian/authors Douglas Brinkley and John Stauffer, and Northwestern University Professor Darlene Clark Hine serve as panelists.

Parts of programs from satellite Town Halls held at the Plymouth Historical Museum anLincoln's Legacy: Race, Freedom and Equality of Opportunity Part 1 of 7d the National Arab American Museum are also included in the program.

DPTV originally presented this program in high definition on 56.1 as a one-hour taped and edited broadcast, which used footage from the people on the street interviews, the Henry Ford Museum main panel discussion, and the satellite site panel discussions.
