It just seems more and more crazy the amount of insane errors and misfortune titanic was prone to, it was so many many many events. just how unlucky can you get ? :S

So many people said they saw a ship in the distance...it was indeed the ss californian...an almost empty ship with 3000 blankets and sweaters on board in the vicinity of the titanic....

@CaseyMcLaughalot He was the only operator so he worked 12 hour shifts. The Titanic's wireless operator told him to shut up. After Jack Philips told him to shut up, he went to bed, he was never woken up after they had seen the flares. The caption went to bed had had no real idea of what had happened until the morning.
