Everytime I watch the egg thrower I think, "What an idiot." Americans all over the world need to come home. We need to stop trying to do business with the rest of the world. We need to stop trying to feed, influence, protect, etc... the rest of the world. Just come home, cut the communication cables, put up big signs at all the borders, "CLOSED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE." Let them just have at each other. Pathetic wannabes.

You have to think a little harder than that. Imports of oil and products account for nearly half of the US trade deficit. For example most of your electrical equipment were made in China.

That theory actually isn't as crazy as it sounds. Trust me necessity is the mother of invention if we had to start doing everything on our own we would. It would suck in the beginning but we would eventually have one of the strongest economies. Look what happened to Japan after we disarmed their military, isn't it amazing how great a country can be when your not spending everything your citizens work hard for on the military and war, which is always the worst soloution.

I agree. But the problem is that you don't have to start doing everything on your own as long as you can do what Bush is doing now. Plus it's way cheaper to manufacture things in China because the labour force is dirt cheap.

Yes it is cheaper but it's causing more problems than the financial benefit we gain. But listen anything this president does causes more problems than good. Good talk.
