We can cook many meals but it is my personal opinion that Paratha is the best between all of them. It seems easy to cook - but - it is not so easy to cook a balanced and ideal Paratha. My mom is famous for her parathas and pooris i believe it is an art and also it completely satisfies your hunger, every mother cooks it and it really needs 'pyar'(love) to cook it because this is the most homely dish we Indians always have.
