to 1942. Japan was in an economic crisis because the world stopped trading with them and they heavily relied upon that trade.

The Japanese Militia Governance, couldn't even afford to send most japanese fighter pilots with more than enough gas to make it the way back. And if their guns worked they were lucky.

The Russians at the time were soooo poor they were handing every second or third guy a gun, everybody else got ammunition. Before Germany was defeated, they were at the brink of financial ruin. Sometimes its better to say "I'm the bigger person and am going to walk away"

War is HELL!!! The Japanesse attacked us and they could have surrendered at anytime and they are at fault for the deaths of their people! Knowone to blame but Japan! Look what the Japs did at the Bataan death marchy and how many American's and philliphino's died and the real torture that everyone under the thumb of Japan suffered! Japan was given a warning and they allowed it to happen! Then the Japanesse refused to surrender after the first A-Bomb and so they got a second one! Blame Japan!

Yes, but the idea of an 'ultimate' weapon was being publicized

by germany, russia, and america, Japan is a relatively small country, only a few more of those bombs could've destroyed them completely, How would you like the idea of a large percentage of your country disappere, and the ground zero be rendered useless till the radiation half life is over and uranium has an extremely long halflife.

You are delussional! The A-Bomb wasn't created until halfway into the war! Japan attacked us because we cut off oil, steel and other vital essentials and TOJO attacked us! The A bomb being dropped saved millions of American lives! We dropped two bombs because they still would not surrender after the first! The Japanesse were ready to die for TOJO and that meant the civilians as well! Now Japan is our best friends! Japan was evil back in those days! Read your history books about what the Japs did
