The most wonderful experience swimming with dolphins in Cuba, where they lifted me completely out of the water in about 3 seconds and my wife enjoyed a gentle ride with one dolphin under each arm.
The dolphins clearly have an amazing spirit of fun and enjoyment and love being with people. We were all provided with life jackets and asked to swim about 40 meters away from the jetty and lay flat in the water.....two dolphins swim around behind you, placing their nose against each foot and then without any effort or balance on my part lifted me out of the water, while continuing to move towards the jetty where they drop me down safely in the water. If ever you get the chance to do this you will remember it forever.
,We booked to swim with dolphins when we was in cuba, in 2009 but we was put off doing this as was told where we had booked the dolphins was kept in small pools. we are going out to cuba this year & will most prob swim with them, at this wonderfull place.

I swam with dolphins in Cuba when I was a kid. Since then I watched the documentary The Cove. I would suggest everyone watch it before going swiming with dolphins in captivity, it really does open your eyes to the horrid jurney they make from open ocean to there tank. Theres a good chance that these dolphins watched there brothers, sisters and babies slaughtered side by side. For me its a no brainer. I challenge anyone to watch it and still be enthrilled to see them in this way.

I went to a suckish park for swimming with the dolphins.
They swam around us like 3 times, and we could touch them, but that's in.
They did like 2 tricks, we took pictures which were 10 pesos each, and we left.
