I disagree with meat-eating being "natural." I think it was Kevin Gianni who basically said that we are the only animals who don't know what to eat. We all need certain things--carbohydrates, fats, vitamins, minerals, protein (in small quantities), and a host of other nutrients. What we don't need are cholesterol, animal-derived saturated fats, too much animal protein, pesticides, extra hormones/antibiotics, and trans fats. All but the last one come from animals. Point and case.
