  • and remember that the medial epicondyle of the distal end is on the same side as the head of the humerus on the proximal end.

  • Looks like the confusion is she is in anterior view but mistakingly thought she was in posterior view thus the confusion on the epicondyles.  A helpful tip is remembering the medial epicondyle sticks out more than the lateral epicondyle.
