Live somewhere else. Build your business somewhere else. Carol Stream sucks in so many ways. Zoning sucks, property tax sucks, village ordinances suck. They suck so bad they send you a bill when you leave. How anybody manage to build anything here is a mystery.

I skidded out of control last winter during a blizzard in carol stream. Hit a traffic light, which crashed onto my car. The CSPD showed up in minutes (luckily there was about 3 on every corner). While I was hunched over my hood freaking out I was informed that the Street I was on was Carol Stream.. The pole wasnt.... So they took off.
Long story short, Thank you Hanover Park Police Department for calming me down, calling an ambulance, and caring in general. Owe u everything.
SUCK IT CSPD!!!!
