I started out using this palette with my fingers and then with a flat concealer brush and thought it was utter crap. It just wasn't transferring onto my skin very well. I recently tried using it with the Real Techniques by Samantha Chapman deluxe crease brush which is really dense, and gently buffing it into my under-eye area. It works a million times better and the thin texture keeps it from caking. Try it with a fluffy dome brush before you throw it away!

The lavender shade helps to minimize the appearance of yellow tones, such as a bruise that may be going away. I have this same palette and I don't really care for it either. Thanks for the review!

I'd love to hear your opinion on other Hard Candy face products! Such as the Glamoflage concealer and Welcome Matte powder. I have yet to find a drug store powder I really really like, and I'm curious about Hard Candy's, I've read good reviews.

people have compared hard candy glamoflage concealer to kat von d tattoo concealer...and said its better. i use it and its amazing, you should try it.

the color are color corectors they are use to cancel out anything like green u can use that to cancel out redness and yellow and pink is used to cancel out blue like undereye circles:)
