It's both. The person in the fountain was a hacker, able to walk through walls and such. The glitch is that if you're off the ground when it saves, you faint.

YOU BUY FOUNTAIN that not a fountain its just glitchy fointains are soothing when you listen haaaaaaaaaaaaa nice and sooting huh oh yeah anyway this person hacked and edited town sometimes when you edit town it gets GLITCHY!!!!!!!!!!!!!
