  • My husband and I watched this class together and followed along to practice the movement technique. It was truly fun! It was a great stress-buster :).

    The best part of this class, for me, is when Dr. Gordon says "start where you are." After several years of working to practice (for myself) and promote (to others) the idea of regular'walking for wellness', I know this is a powerful idea. Thank you for the reminder and affirmation.
