Earth, from Seattle, and more specifically Dylan Carlson is responsible for the offshoot of doom metal called Drone Doom. Earth lay down minimalistic music coupled with guitar feedback, eBow excursions and noise to create a musical atmosphere that creates such dynamic aural experiences capable of pulsing your very core. This reworking of their classic track is done by the latest incarnation of the band and has a bleak almost country western feel to it that will leave you wanting more.
Earth is definitely on my list of all-time greatest performing bands as well as most innovative.

Pretty good song. Makes me feel like I'm stranded in a desert, dying of thirst, the heat getting to me, my movement becoming slower each step I take.
