The other day, I took my time and cooperated with a survey giver, but when she found out that I was 17 and un-married, she sighed heavily and rudely said "bye, then". I frowned for the rest of the day q-q.

For 2, I totally agree. I worked in a cubical for hours and hours at Directv, and the people who talk like illiterate jackasses does make the day 20X stressful.

That's a cool, easy job, right? Psh why would someone yell at a telemarketer, or a surveyor. It would be easy to just calmly say no, or just cooperate.
