  • Well done. It is wonderful to see young people protesting against the corruption. My children are inspired by your courage. We watched The Five Ring Circus and it's great that you stand up for your rights! Don't bother with the ignorant comments, their stupidity is their problem not yours. From Nova Scotia......keep up the good work.

  • It's all about being 'well off' is it? As long as the natives act like "whitey' they're OK by you. What's the 'good life' according to you? Two cars, cable ready 110 inch tv's,

three piece suits, ties, button down collars, cheeseburgers, canned cream of tomato soup, python boots, $40 an ounce aftershave lotion, jet skis? I'm sure your list goes on and on and on.........................ad nauseam.

  • your mother earth?????? i bet u didn't do 1 day of hunting or lived of the land

  • Anyone who refers to the world around us as MOTHER EARTH pretty much ends any conversation with me. I suppose there suggestion would be to go back to riding horses and hunting with a bow. I noticed they were all wearing non native clothing. Maybe if you give up all your worldly possessions that were made by non natives including the camera you filmed this with your story might have some weight, to me it just looks like your fixing for another free handout.

  • The point is, this is way things are. I'm not happy with the state everything is in either. However, I can cope by focusing on my own personal growth, family, continual learning and enjoyable activities. Isn't that what life is all about?

Otherwise, you are stuck, depressed, sitting there with a bottle. Asking, "Why me?". You would be much better off if the blame, complaining and self-pity stopped. You can't argue with that. Now tell me, how can you stop blaming, complaining and self pitying?

  • @hankerway - you have plenty of choice. So you are surrounded by a culture that isn't yours, and not YOUR way of life? Yes, I can understand how that must not be pleasant. Yet at the same time, figuratively "in the same sentence" you leech off of the very culture and government you despise so much, taking handouts and cash payments whenever you can.

Face the facts - the world aint going away. You either get with the times, or don't get along. Simple as that, but we all are in the same boat

  • hank? When are you going to favorite some vids?

    You obviously have some smarts.

    Peace

  • Absolutely true. There are lazy people in every race. But not all people have the opportunity for free university or college training . natives do and yet too many don't take advantage of it. They will regret it someday when the 'free" stuff is gone.

  • have relatives that were in resedential school in Saskatchewan and have nothing but good to say. Not everyone in resedential school was abused. Was it wrong to put them there ? Damn right it was but there are other people abused as children too. Where's their paycheck ?

  • Hankerway : They needn't imitate whitey they just need to put their hands in the pockets and get on with live and learn that the handouts come from those that do NOT those who don't. Whining never got anyone anything worth having. natives have lots of opportunities others don't like free education grants. had I been a Native I could have gone to university and been something other than ordinary joe blow. So why don't they stop living in the past and look to the future ?
