Hmmm sorry, but you're wrong. If you knew how to read and listen to things on YouTube, you might notice that the title of that video is "Help me fix my Anti-Skate please!", and in the descrption, he's asking if there's an easy way to fix it.
You seem to have some major comprehension and anger issues, there. Not to mention, I've seen 13 year olds act more mature than you.
Don't worry tho, it's ok. In a few years, maybe your mommy will show you how to use a computer. :)

Wait... you're the guy who suggested to follow Q-Bert's advice on turntable setup?? Wow. See, yeah I didn't think of that, probably because I don't go around following people on YouTube, like you do. My apologies.
If it's the video I'm thinking, the guy was demonstrating that the anti skate was clearly not working properly on his turntable. He asked for advice on fixing it, because he wants to optimize it FOR PLAYBACK.
So yeah, Q-Bert's video on proper setup, is wrong.
