I already said Kashmir according to INTERNATIONAL BORDERS is a disputed territory - as Pakistanis we would like to have it as ours but world doesnt work based on our wishes. U have to look at these things from international perspective not from our perspective.

Yes i think right now military is the only option, until such times as talibans are willing to *cooperate* and abide by agreements (unlike what they did in swat), and instead of trying to form another state within pakistan by force.

Im not a 100% supporter of 2004, but i think its understandable... where do u think taliban fled to when tora bora was bombed? Should we have let them stay and reorganise? Isnt this what we are blaming USA of doing in SWAZ? Providing a "safe heaven" to terrorists?

Regarding 1971, there is comparison with Taliban issue. Stop misinterpreting history.
