Travesty!: This is perhaps the best recording I've heard, particularly because the tempo is fast enough to give life and spirit to the movement but not so fast as so many other renditions that smear it into comical nonsense. And yet! the keyboard continuo player spoils this entire recording with that atrocious playing at 0:13--what in the fiery hell were they thinking and how did that ridiculousness go unnoticed?
No, Vivaldi composed this. And I believe he is dead now, and even when alive, I doubt his voice sounded like this. Who performed this, I repeat.
