Well I think this is a great video. I'm still learning, and all I really do is two handed swings and goblet squats. Nice with something to do, for the days my legs are completely shot out, so thanks!

I just started training with kettlebells to get some exercise after having an operation, so it's limited what I can do. Although recommended TGU's are out of the question, as I had surgery in the abdominal region, so I think this is a great video. I do however have one problem, the kettlebell hits my forearm when I curl it, not hard or anything, but after a few curls it starts hurting a bit. Is that because I pull it up too high or just because I'm not used to it?

@marybabz You'll need to tighten your grip on the kettlebell handle as you curl it up. This will lessen the impact of the kettlebell on your forearm, but not completely eliminate it.

wasn't meant to impress anyone, wiseguy. The demo is for education purposes, not meant as a feat of strength. pistol grip is good for the brachialis, and it's perfectly good variation to use if you're targeting that muscle. The underhand grip is for the biceps.
