@avengingwatcher Excellent advice!!!!!

@fred4403 There can be lithium oxides if the cells leak, the cells of any battery could catch fire. No problem just have some baking soda on hand in case to neutralize any acids and dows any fire but I have never had a problem. BTW sorry for the delayed response.

@Ibringthetruth1 Google Volta's pile. You are right. No problem Hack in their face.

@UT00ber50 No problem, You need to replace the power jack which means soldering a new one onto the mainboard/motherboard. Very common problem.

@KudravTech The chip might be able to be over-clocked but I'm not willing to damage a pcb to find the correct resistors to fry for ya.

Just so ya all know an electrical battery and an electrical capacitor are both places to store voltage potential and EVERYONE who views this video should also Google Volta's Pile. In the future I might decide to make a vid showing you all how to hand make the cells for a notebook battery bank. Can I trust you with the data? Civilizations have come and gone over this very topic. POWER STRUGGLE. If you make your own electricity who can tell you to jump?
This video, seems a bit lacking in some of the important points. Like how to identify + & - terminals, what the dangers are, being sure to not short out any of the batteries (new or old), Soldiering directly to the battery, not a good idea, get cells with tabs already attached. PS at one of your comments "Normal rechargeable batteries", can NOT replace a lithium ion cell (which an 18650 is), it will have to be a LiIon, which are NOT what you would consider a "normal" rechargeable battery.

@smokchsr well, perform at your own risk means just that, of course I'm not going to show everything. If someone is not experienced or intelligent enough to complete it or feels uncomfortable doing it, then don't and buy a new battery pack. Even Tesla split his designs and patents internationally. These Lithium batteries will not Explode but Lithium metal will burn if exposed to water. IS a low level project. You are more apt to cut a finger trying to pry the case than anything else.

Can I use normal rechargable batteries ? (all the same)
I'm not a pro in batteries and such lol

@D4L33tz0r Voltage and amperage should match but other than that probably.
