I made this for dinner and it turned out great, instead of kang kong, I put Pak Choy. I did put one packet of the Tamarid mix instead of just 2 tbs. YUMM! Taste just like mom!
Pak Choy(choi) is similar to Bok Choy(choi), more of a light green color. I forgot to mention that I put Pompano fish instead of Milkfish (way too many bones to pick at)
