If you pay those suckers off to a collection you can get most of them totally removed by first sending a delete for payment letter but you've gotta do it before you pay them. Get it in writing that they will not just mark it as paid but remove it. Then send your payment try not to do it over the phone. In most cases it'll be gone. I'm glad u made this vid it's helped a lot of ppl I'm sure

Again you are not going to see a score of 900 simply because FICO score ranges from 300 to 850.. the avg score is a 723. yes there are different models used but most lenders look at FICO scores...

This is a great video. Please do one on homeownership. We do need to know more about credit as well. Thanks,
As of Feb 14th of this yr.. EXP is actually nolonger offering the score lenders see to the actual consumers.. not all lenders look at the same score.. you honestly giving incorrect information.. im not trying to e rude.. just think you can do a lil more research.. in applying for a home loan they dont share the report. they send a score disclosure.. that advises you of your 3 scores and negative factors..

As stated before, I am very aware of how scoring works. You should do more research. I worked in the industry and your score is shared with you when you apply for a home loan. If you are working with someone who doesn't share your score with you I advise you to go to someone else. Credit scoring is changing and I'm sure this video could be updated but the foundation is the same! To this date 3 scores are still being given and they are now looking at new scoring system. Please do your research.

If you knew what you were talking about you would know the actual range for a FICO credit score is 300 to 850.. anything over an 850 is not an actual score..

For your information depending on the bureau you are using the score can actually go up to 900! Do your research.
