Brilliant film..I was 12 at the time, and mostly remember riding a pony at Avenham Park..that was so exciting. In 1992 there just wasn't the same feeling/excitement/pride going on. Who knows what 2012 will be like? Preston has changed forever, beyond recognition, and I feel sad.

Awesome video. I'm amazed by how much we all got into the spirit back then and it shows in this footage. Loved the space suits and it reminded me of all the Apollo hype at that time. The '92 Guild didn't feel the same and in 2012 most kids will probably be online or on xbox live instead of participating. :-(

@M4OON - I think its the old Barclays Bank on Stanley st. Theres a row of shops next to it and one was a newsagents.

I think I see my brother in this clip. Is there a chance of seeing the original? I know cini to video and video to dvd etc., can seriously diminish quality...
