If you look at the NZ legislation - s128 I think - the debt is to the "CROWN" - not child, mother or even the state - the debt is to the CROWN. This all thing is just another part of the NWO - another excuse to take money. I've still got $20,000 in debt to pay - despite paying twice because I made the mistake of paying the money direct and not through the govt. greedy hands.

This is happening in Australia too. Only 22 million people here. On average three fathers a day are killing themselves because of the government and these bullshit laws. Most do not even get to see their kids because of vindictive and nasty mothers. The law and the government couldn't give a shit.

@TheAmerthyst not to mention shes going to collage when he was forced to drop to work to pay it, and she -before- child support earns a hell of a lot more then he does. also she Limits when he can visit / spend time and often backs out of it or gives him a damn hard time period. bleahh okay my rants done, back to watching videos >.>

my Hubby is paying child support in FL, the mother dosent give a rats ass that he can barely make ends meet, she used him and made him to be the bad guy when she was sleeping with 5 other guys at the same time, he was just the unlucky one, she tried to get him fired from his job and more. support not only has threatened his license (which is stupid cause then how could he drive to work?) but also charging him for court charges for something THEY did and they are taking 75% from his pay checks.

For all those support payers FRO has has over charge 5.3 million above child support Jan 2012 what are the MP AND MPP going to do about this. WE have paid taxes on this and lost are lives.
Call FRO and ask for a director statement of arrears see if you are a victim. Can we all say FRAUD. Has are Canadian human rights been taken from us. What else are they hiding. I have been in court with them since Nov 2011 small claims it is time we all take them to court to explain all the extra charges.
