Near the Compton village in the Eastern Townships, in the heart of the pastoral country of the Coaticook valley, nestled in the hamlet of Moes River, this magnificent Victorian inspired residence harbours one of the most romantic Inns of the region. Combining the charm of yesteryear and the comfort of today, Le Bocage offers you calm rural surroundings with all the necessities to make you feel right at home.

The Inns restaurant serves tastes of the local terroir and welcomes couples or groups. Our gardens are an ideal setting for birthdays or wedding receptions.

Our four upstairs rooms, some with a fireplace, are tastefully decorated to reflect the charm of the past. Beds are firm, just enough! No radio or television disturbs the country charm of this setting. You have the impression to live in another century without losing any of todays comfort. In a wordRelax

Upon reservations, enjoy a three to six course meal prepared with care and creativity. In the dining room or on the terrace of Le Bocage, wild games have a place of honour. You will often find Quail, Duck, Rabbit, Guinea fowl, Venison, Elk, among others. The two menus découverte prepared by Chef and Owner François are pure pleasure. A pleasure to conceive, to prepare, to serve, but most of all a pleasure to savour. From bread to desert, everything is homemade with great care and passion. Be ready for an incomparable culinary experience! The only thing you need to provide is your best bottle of wine, for the feast. To say it allSavour

A part of the six acres of the estate is laid out for you comfort. A heated in ground pool is kept at an ideal temperature to refresh you on those hot summer days. Lounge around in the shades of the old maple trees and lush vegetation surrounding the residence. Let the silence of the wind caressing the nearby fields immerse you in a state of calm and wellbeing. Go ahead Breathe
