Not only did Paul Albrecht violate KimberGuy's rights in the video he makes the statement that someone should murder him with his own pistol. The only reason he's so upset is that for a second time he was proven to be severely undertrained on Michigan gun laws. The abusive officer also was upset because he was unable to place any charges on him. In reality this was an unlawful police stop without reasonable suspicion of a crime.
