"Catwoman: Re-Emergence" is a part of the not-for-profit Catwoman Summer Project (facebook.com/​CatwomanProject), where three separate Catwoman characters, costumes, and concepts were selected by the fans, for the fans.

This is the first in the series, using the silver costume and blond Selina Kyle from "Batman: The Animated Series." This teaser shows snippets of the production and the cartoon-inspired costumes.
