  • I second see more videos of Warren.

My mother was born and raised in Minnasota,

and I just got finished reading his story about how he and his wife came to be friends with Bernard Leach.

Wish you the best of luck with the tech stuff! Thank you very much!

  • I'm working on condensing the other video...hope to have it posted soon! Thanks for your positive feedback.

  • Thanks for all your clips of Warren . I would like to meet him someday & have a chat . & yes, more please ! SL

  • You are Simon Leach, right? I use your videos constantly in my high school ceramics classes! (hope you don't mind) You do a great job...your videos and techniques are creative, polished and entertaining. So, I'm quite curious...any relationship to Bernard Leach?

  • thanks for posting, if you have any more clips of warren we'd love to see them. there arent any other clips of him throwing on here and its a real shame. thanks again!

  • i have another warren clip that is longer and won't fit on youtube...he throws a platter and talks about how centering the clay isn't all that important. if you would like it, i'll email it. or if you have advice on how to shrink the file, i'll try posting it again. i'm glad you like the first one!

  • yes I am . I am the youngest of BL's grandsons , youngest son of David Leach. I am glad my videoclips have been of use to you & I am delighted to learn they are being used in this way in your highschool. SL

  • yes i believe you could either post it in 2 or 3 (or however many it takes) segments, or you could post it in a reduced quality format. i don't know much about the latter option but i think you can change the quality and hence the size of the file in your media player before you upload. if you can't get it to work i would love for you to email it to me and thank you for the offer. you are very lucky to have a high school that does this for its students.
