In order to do any kind of work on this bike, the fairings must come off. This video will show you how to strip the plastic covers to get to the engine components.
i have to fix my odometer, (the miles haven't changed since i've bought it) i've been taking my time to fix it, anyways, do i have to remove the whole front fairing to switch it out? (also do you know if removing the dashboard is simple? XD ) thanks

TY much for the vid, I just brought my first bike home today. Apparently my previous owner was a total douchebag too.. bought it off ebay(fail.)
They guy lied about lots of stuff.. (front forks are bent to #&*%, upper fairing is ... fooked. neither of which did he mention......)
