@MadMike2288 Hmmm, well there are, but also disadvantages too. Dry clutch robs less horsepower from an engine, all cars with manual gearboxes have a dry clutch. Since it is not immersed in the engine oil like a wet clutch, it also keeps the vital lubrication oil less contaminated with small metal fragments. They can also be swapped out in a few mins for racing applications. Some people hate it but i like the rattling of it. Wet clutches last longer though.

Is there an advantage to the dry clutch?

@animal100000 I ahve never heard of that happening and if it did it would probably bounce right off the spinning pressure plate. There really isnt much of a place for it to get caught and cause any damage. The worst that would happen is that it would get wedged in between the guard and maybe bend and scratch some stuff....it's cool as hell so ill take my chances :)
I think I just made up my mind between the monster and the speed triple

@JSnyder49428 The speed triple is a great bike, i have friends who own it. But the torque on the monster is unreal, you have to ride it to appreciate it. However see if you can find an 07 S4RS like mine because after that they went to an aircooled engine that lost a ton of power.

Do you remember what tank knee pads those are? I like them because they aren't obstrusive. Thanks
