Palm Pre - Backgammon

Personally, I'm not impressed, especially for $1.99.

Update: I've been asked why I'm disappointed, and was intentionally not saying at first, so that people could watch and decided for themselves, but since I've been asked:

Well, I think the biggest thing is the visuals - that it promises "beautiful graphics" and then looked pretty crappy in the actual game, in my opinion.

In other issues, the options have something about a doubling cube but I couldn't figure out how to do that. The sound plays no matter what I have the setting on.

I don't know, it just feels to me like someone threw something together quick, and put a very nice looking title screen in there, then intentionally didn't show images of the actual game because they knew it wasn't as good looking.

It just feels like some slight deception to me.

I posted it to give people an idea of what to expect from an application. It's useful to get a full impression of an application before purchasing it. If it doesn't help you, don't bother watching it.

Also, I should point out that the moves not going through are probably my fault, either clicking in the wrong place or whatever. It is easier to drag the pieces on my actual Pre.
