I used to stand up on my Triumph 650cc Tiger (the one carb version, the Bonneville had two for that extra 10 mph at the top end) with my hands off the handle bars just like the girls are doing--the gyroscopic inertia held the bike upright, but if it went below a certain speed--then it would crash so don't try it unless you know how! For pros only!
