"Throw it away" featuring the late Ben Eberbaugh at the Velvet Underground, downtown Atlanta. I think this was in November 2002, right before the accident, the death of Ben, and their first US tour, which they went and did despite the tragic loss of a nice guy and original black lip ripper.
Great show, parents in tow, antics kept low.

Goddammit Ben, sometimes I miss you so much, pal... The fact that you had to go like that hits me like a mack truck to the gut... I keep thinking that I'm gonna be walking down Ponce or Chamblee Dunwoody and I'm gonna see an Explorer pull up on the sidewalk and see a head full of red locks pop out of the window and tell me to get in the car... That goddamn car... I miss you buddy... If ghosts can read the internet in heaven then I hope you see this and smile...
