I like the guy in the robe. Dare I say, hipsters sometimes take themselves a little too seriously and this guy's balancing it out with some silliness. Funny is funny!

I hope I never hear someone compare Daniel Johnston to Dan Bejar again. Not only is it off, but Johnston doesn't even factor in with someone like Bejar.

@Albeleo Well, now you should listen to "Thief". Try listening to it as many times as you can, the first time you listen to it from beginning to end your mind will be blown away, the more times you listen to it the closer you'll get to a religious experience. The same with "City of Daughters" and "This Night"... : )

I'm fairly sure it isn't, since Carl has a large part in the movie, and this guy is only seen for a few minutes. And they're, y'know, not the same. Of course I saw it years ago so I could be wrong, but Carl's character was an insane Christian guy.

'enjoy my 20s' - well, that is what he wrote in my cd at the after party of the new pornos in philly. weirdly, no one was approaching him and he seemed to be involved in own universe half-drunk and half-turned-off by the whole scene.
