This is the USA Capitol Records "reverb" version.
Capitol added the reverb to give the song more "depth", compared to the "dry" sounding version heard everywhere else around the world.
The youth in the USA grew up only knowing this version, and to "us" it is the original version that we heard on the radio when this was a hit, and when we purchased the record, this is the version we heard.
Unfortunately today in the USA, oldies radio, and everywhere else only play the non-reverb version.
Please radio programmers, get this original reverb version onto your hard drive and play it instead. Us Baby Boomers would really appreciate it, besides, we think it sounds better than the flat & dry non-reverb version (my friends in the UK - sorry, but this is the way it is!)
Nothing like watching an original yellow & orange color swirl Capitol record spinning and playing a Beatles tune to bring back memories for Baby Boomers! Sorry MP3's & CD's, they just don't have the same effect!

I'm not so sure about the reverb because the one I've know my whole life is the uk mix, basically this one but without reverb, but I'm sure that this sounds A LOT BETTER THAN THOSE CRAPPY "past masters" CDS!!!!. people that never listened to the REAL versions of their music on vinyl, just don't know the band. the whole past masters 1 cd is crap in terms of soudn quality and faithfulness to the band.
Get the singles or eps of the songs if you want to listen to the real thing!.
great video!.

The Parlophone/EMI recording doesn't have that echo in this tune that the Capitol does!!

@JesseFSegovia Yes it does. Though the "stereo" version is the dreaded Capitol "duophonic" version that is fake stereo. The mono version on CD is the version you here.

I agree 100%, WABCRADIO77. This version of 'She's a Woman' (and the accompanying double A-side, 'I Feel Fine') sounds as though the Beatles were playing in a huge concert hall - the guitars sound huge, the bass sounds super powerful and the whole band sounds so aggressive. Anybody who thinks the Stones or the Kinks could rock while the Beatles were the nice, polite alternative need to hear the original US mix of 'She's a Woman.'
