Here we see the spin drier in action! This is just with a batch of week old apple pulp but we will be using fresh apples for the main batch.

We use this approach too! I hadn't seen anyone else using it until I specifically searches for "spin dryer cider"... It works really well to get 80% of the juice out and then we press the remaining must as well with a garage press (with a scissor jack).

@MrGkittel we got it from a friend. Its just a top loading washing machine with the outflow going straight out rather than via a pipe.
