Most of the Central Asian nations have Turkish speakers. In fact, the Turks originally came from the Altai region, which is somewhere between Kazakhtan and Xinkiang.

They are not Turkish speakers. Turkish is a modern construct owing its existence largely to language reform in the 1920s. Nor do Turkish people descend entirely or even largely from Turkic speakers, which is what those Central Asians you mention speak (Turkic as opposed to TurkiSH), but from native Anatolian populations who came to speak Turkish due to assimilation. Genetic testing of Turkish people displays a Mediterannean genetic history, with more European DNA than even actual Turkic
